Etsy Delights

As a follow up to my previous post "Etsy Oopsies", here are a few selections of when Etsyans got it right...

23.3.10

I told everyone I was going to keep a blog, sorry I haven't started it until now! So here it is, one month and a few odd days later...

Long story short, I got accepted to do this National Promotions internship at Sony Music/Provident Music Group and I couldn't turn it down, so I dropped my on-campus classes in mid-late February and moved to Nashville for the internship. I am still taking 2 classes online, the internship also counts as school credit, and I plan to finish my degree by December...

I found my roommate on Craigslist, which I was hesitant to even consider, it's such a shady operation... BUT she really was an answer to my wishes and prayers because it couldn't have worked out better! Her name is Lindsey and she has a cat named Emma:
who is cute but not declawed and sometimes likes to bite me when I stop petting her... I was fortunate enough to have my own bedroom and bathroom...

I'm still job searching, I've put in my application EVERYWHERE I can think of but the job market here is awful and EVERYONE is looking for a job. I have an interview on Thursday, so cross your fingers for that to work out!!!

I miss everyone so much and would love to hear how everyone is doing!! I will be trying to update often, so check back and see what sort of adventures I get myself into... =]

etsy oopsies

I love etsy. Love it. But sometimes, I find things that just really make me think... WHAT ARE PEOPLE THINKING?!?!?! Here are some of the best...

Embroidered Saints Toilet Paper. So Colts fans can poop on the Saints. Literally.

This one made me laugh. Here is the item description listed by the seller:

Handmade Faux Food Easter Love Mug with Lollipop

Don't worry, it isn't real food.

Painting of Pregnant Men. All proceeds go to St. Jude's Research Hospital! Not sure how that fits together..

You can take this "me" doll with you wherever you go, so you are really there and so it's like your really there!

Elf Ring. Easy to put your hands in your pockets when wearing. Practical. Cute. Creepy.

Creepy baby earrings. Seller description reads: Creepy babies to wear on the sides of your head!
Nice.

Devil woman necklace. Now this is the type of thing I would wear on a first date.

For the woman who always wanted to be a man... As strange as I think this is, I also think it is pretty cool. But still weird.

Little Green Monster Voodoo Doll. Seller says: He is silent and wont scream one time, so poke till you fell better.

two words: creeee - pyyyyyyyyy
wormbaby sculpture comes with a price tag of $450. I think I'd rather make a down payment on a car, thanks.

Not sure what this is. Not sure why someone would wear it. Nicely constructed though...

This is a walking stick. Not sure if the topper is a man or a monkey...

"I'm going to cut up my princess Barbie and make her disassembled parts look like they are immersed into a petri dish of water, glitter, and those plastic balls kids play in."

There is just something creepy about a face on a necklace..

There they are... Next post will be etsy favorites.
